This decision was reached on Thursday during the NWC meeting at the Party’s National Secretariat in Abuja.
Briefing journalists on the outcomes of the meeting, the National Secretary, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, disclosed that a stakeholders meeting with aspirants and Party leaders from Anambra state will hold on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, by 1pm at the Party’s National Secretariat.
Spark News Daily reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has scheduled political parties primaries for March 20 to April 10, 2025, while the off-cycle Governorship election is November 8, 2025.
