A notice signed by the party’s National Secretary, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Bashiru, in Abuja on Friday night, disclosed this development.
The notice revealed that the National Caucus meeting is set to take place at the Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, at 6 am on Tuesday while the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting is scheduled for 10 am on Wednesday at the party’s National Secretariat, 40 Blantyre Street, Wuse 2, Abuja.
Both meetings are being convened in accordance with Articles 12.5 and 12.3 of the party’s constitution.
Sources indicate that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the dates for the meetings.
A reliable source within the party’s administrative structure disclosed that the National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, secured the dates for these crucial meetings on Thursday night.
