Be specific in prayer, making noise, crying don’t move God – Bishop Oyedepo
The Founder of Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel International, Bishop David Oyedepo has urged Christians to define their targets for God by being specific on the alter of prayers.
According to Papa, as he’s fondly called by Nigerian believers, making noise and crying don’t move God.
As posted by Heavenly mandate on their verified Facebook page on 26th January 2024, Bishop Oyedepo said most believers weary God with stories.
“Generalized prayer or cries don’t fly with God, only specific do. Ambiguity don’t count on the alter of prayers but the specific.
“You have just informed God about your situation, you have asked nothing, you are just loading God with information.
“I (God) have been hearing you speak, you have asked nothing in my name
“Not shouting: it doesn’t count in prayer
Noise level does not count in prayer”, he said.
