FG to hold joint annual review of health sector reform
In furtherance of efforts to reposition the health sector, the Federal Ministry of Health & Social Welfare has concluded arrangements to hold a Stakeholders' meeting tagged: ''2024 Nigeria Health Sector -Wide Joint Annual Review (JAR)''.
This is with a view to rejig performance and, highlight achievements recorded under its newly operationalized Sector-Wide Approach (SWAp).
A statement signed on Monday 28th October 2024 by Head, information and Public Relations Alaba Balogun, says the maiden 2024 Nigeria Health Sector-Wide Joint Annual Review JAR will feature two major components-technical review sessions where Stakeholders will assess key performance indicators and a high- level political review to secure the political commitment needed to advance Nigeria’s Health priorities and goals.
The JAR meeting is scheduled to hold from 6-8 November 2024 in Abuja.
