Spark News recalls that Dr. Mary Alile hails from Edo State, which is currently being governed by PDP-led government. In 2020, Governor Godwin Obaseki, having defected from APC, retained his governorship position under the platform of PDP.
Receiving Leaders and members of the Progressives Legislative Aides of Nigeria (PLAN), at the APC National Headquarters on Tuesday in Abuja, Dr. Alile said APC must win back Edo and other PDP-led States.
“Edo 2024 is here, Ondo 2024 is here, and we must do things differently to be able to get back, especially my state”, she said.
