The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed shock over the death of Paul Omotoso, the party’s chairman in Ekiti State.

A statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Barr. Felix Morka, said the party is saddened over the death of Omotoso.

“The All Progressives Congress (APC) is shocked and deeply saddened over the death of Paul Omotoso, the Party’s Chairman in Ekiti State.

“Our solemn thoughts and prayers are with his family, the state chapter of our great Party, the government and good people of Ekiti State at this difficult time.

“We also extend our condolences to the Forum of APC State Chairmen over the demise of their colleague.

“As we pay our last respects, the task before us now is to sustain and build on the late Omotoso’s enduring legacy of service.
