Easter: Adeboye reveals what happened as Christians celebrates Christ resurrection
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG, pastor Enoch Adeboye has said this season of celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ signified a new beginning for the believers.
Pastor Adeboye revealed this while preaching during Sunday service to mark the Easter celebration, today at the RCCG headquarters, Redemption Way, Ebute Metta, Lagos.
The G O said, “when Jesus rose from the dead, this signified that the time for a new beginning had come.
“Therefore, on this occasion you will experience a new beginning of miracles, signs and wonders.
“My beloved children see yourself performing great miracles, commanding demons to leave and they will obey you.
“All those who doubt your God, pray for them because very soon they will be performing the same miracles as well”.
Pastor Adeboye, who is widely regarded by believers in Nigeria as ‘Father of Faith’ prayed for his children in the faith, saying, “from this resurrection Sunday, it will be joy for you…your morning of joy has come in Jesus name.”
“A sinner can prevent his morning. Surrender your life to Jesus Christ and your resurrection morning will begin”, he added.
