Jordan Henderson Confirms Liverpool exit ahead of £700,000-a-week move to Saudi in an emotional video
Jordan Henderson said that he will ‘always be a Red’ after confirming his Liverpool exit on Wednesday night ahead of joining Steven Gerrard at Al Ettifaq in Saudi Arabia on a £700,000-a-week deal, MailOnline reports.

Henderson has linked up with Liverpool legend Gerrard, who is head coach of Al Ettifaq, at the Saudi Pro League club’s training camp in Croatia. Liverpool are set to receive a £12million transfer fee.
Henderson, 33, said on social media: ‘I am not sure I have any words to sum up how I am feeling right now. I am in the dressing room for the last time so as you can imagine it’s very emotional,’ he says.
‘But I need to somehow explain what these last 12 years have felt for me and my family. I can still remember that June night back in 2011 clearly, being dead excited but then becoming even more nervous when the move from Sunderland became a reality.
‘It was hard leaving there, I have to be honest. My home town, my club, but when Liverpool come knocking – you don’t say no.
