One feared dead in Lithuania cargo jet crash
A Spanish Swiftair cargo airline departing from DHL's hub at Leipzig Airport in Germany has crashed landed few kilometres before its landing spot close to Vilnius airport in Lithuania.
The crash which occured at the early hours of Monday, left one dead and three injured.
The Boeing 737 cargo airline crashed in a near-by house on its final approach for landing.
Reason for the crash is not yet ascertained, though the defence minister revealed that there were no early signs that it was sabotage or terrorism.
The fragments of the damaged plane looks to be an engine in front of a car parked in a residential area.
According to BBC, police authorities disclosed that 12 people have been safely evacuated from the property.
