Pastor Olutayo, Bishop David Oyedepo ends feud
There are strong indications that the age long feud between the Senior pastor of GoodTidings Bible Church International, Dayo Olutayo and his Spiritual father and inlaw, Bishop David Oyedepo has been settled.
The estranged spiritual son of Bishop David Oyedepo and one time a leading pastor in Winners Chapel Church, aka Living Faith, Pastor Dayo Olutayo dumped the ministry in 2004.
The circumstances and the manner in which he left generated a lot of controversies which got the Christian community talking.
Today, after about 19 years of separation, father and son have re-united again putting aside their differences.
Pictures emerging from GoodTidings Facebook page shows that pastor Dayo has mended relationship with Bishop David Oyedepo.
The write-up accompanying the pictures read,
“Just like Paul sent epistles to the New Testament churches, we also got a heartwarming message today from our Papa’s Papa: Bishop David Oyedepo @davidoyedepomin.
“He said to us: “For all those who serve at Good Tidings Bible Church International; your reward will not be missing.
You can’t hear or see two people at the same time. You can’t be looking up to heaven and be seeing the earth at the same time.
“Let your eyes be towards heaven and let your ears be tuned, only towards heaven. Refuse to be distracted. Finally, let not your hearts be troubled. I will come to you soon. – Bishop David Oyedepo.
