Senator Monday Okpebholo’s appointment as Senate chair on Public Procurement; “A Peg in the Right Hole”
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Spark News, Mr. Inegbenose Prevail has described the announcement of Senator Monday Okpebholo, as the Chairman of Senate Committee on Public Procurement on Monday night as the right peg in the right hole.

The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, shortly after confirming 45 ministerial nominees yesterday, announced the names of chairmen and vice chairmen of Senate Standing Committees, among which was Senator Monday Okpebholo (Public Procurement).
Reacting to the development, Mr. Prevail said the Senator, who is representing Edo Central Senatorial District is a perfect match for such a position that requires people that have servant-leadership and patriotic hearts.
“Public Procurement is the life wire of economic and political development in any nation. So, in the drive for “Renewed Hope”, a leader who truly love the country and has the willingness to sacrifice for it, is what is needed to handle the task of procurement”.
The Spark News CEO who doubles as the Pastor of House of God Int’l – Rest Tabernacle, Abuja-Nigeria, expressed satisfaction that the 10th Senate made the right decision in appointing Senator Monday Okpebholo in that capacity.
He further assured that he (sen. Okpebholo) will deliver on the confidence reposed in him, even as he urged the good people of Esanland, the Edolites and Nigerians in general to keep praying for him.
