What bishop Oyedepo did after the assassination attempt on me – Apostle suleman
The senior pastor and general overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman has revealed what Bishop David Oyedepo of the Winners Chapel did to him when he and his family were attacked by gunmen.
Recall on Friday October 22, 2022, gunmen attacked the convoy of the clergyman near Auchi on his way from Benin-City after arriving from Tanzania on a foreign mission.
Seven persons were reported Killed in the attack including his security details.
Apostle Suleman said, “The Love that Bishop OYEDEPO showed me when I was attacked, I haven’t see such from any other minister in Nigeria.
“He will call me and pray for me on several occasions and checked on me. What kind of love will make such a great man to be checking on someone of my stature”.
He stated that he was to go to Liberia for a crusade that period, “I just had to cancel a program in America even and my wife didn’t want me to go to Liberia either.
“I was somehow not happy. I prayed and God didn’t say anything, so I was almost making up my mind to cancel the crusade too”.
The erudit Apostle who is celebrating his birthday today being born on the 24th March, said “I woke up midnight and the Holyspirit said to me son check your phone. I did and behold it was bishop’s miss call.
He said he was scared to call him (Bishop Oyedepo) back because it was midnight, but he decided to call and when he did Oyedepo picked and started praying for him,
“God go with you! God keep you! No one will quench this light!
God use you like never before in Jesus name”.
“I broke down in tears because in the midst of the attack some pastors who called actually did to mock me indirectly.
“A big pastor called and his words were ‘well God knows the truth and the truth will come out soon I just said I should call you’.
“But for Bishop Oyedepo! Ah that man showed me love”,
Apostle Suleman said.
